Whether you’ve done studio classes a million times or it’s your first time… you will be welcomed with a smile & open arms!
Be sure to arrive 10 - 15 minutes early so you can get a tour, be introduced to your instructor, and learn about the class you’ll be taking :)

You can never go wrong bringing a water bottle, yoga mat, and sweat towel. Be sure to bring an open mind, you are going to LOVE IT!
No yoga mat? No problem! We have a complimentary mat for your first visit. We also have rental mats for $3 at the studio.

Leggings or flowy pants + a tank top are a great go to! For Flow, Calm, Fire, and Sculpt you are barefoot (no socks!) and for Fierce and Strength X, we recommend supportive sneakers.

FREEDOM is a judgement free space where we encourage honoring your body and meeting yourself as you are with grace and love. Know that your instructor is there to support you from start to finish. These classes are for YOU. Modifications & advancements are offered to all.

Please stay the full class time. We respect your time by starting & ending on time.
Communicate with your instructor if you ever need to leave early or need your phone with you for any reason and it’s all good!

CALM is a great first class to get used to a boutique fitness studio and move at a slower pace. For more of a workout next we would recommend SCULPT, a low impact class. Next, we would recommend STRENGTH X because you can always do it bodyweight or choose lighter weights. Fire and Fierce both have cardio and are more physically challenging. Any questions? Contact Us!

Freedom Classes are WARM. The temperature is set to 85 degrees and can rise to about 90 with a full class. The purpose:
Reduces stress and relaxes body
Your muscles are warm to begin which reduces injury and helps increase flexibility
Increased oxygen which allows your body to send blood to your muscles more efficiently
Fierce & Strength X are cooler temperatures.
Advice?
Your first class may feel more challenging as your body adjusts to the temperature and the movement. Take water breaks throughout class and keep showing up! You will be surprised how quickly you get used to a warm space and will love the increased flexibility + mobility.
