When you choose to get healthier, everything around you gets healthier. We are here to support you & are excited for you to experience the physical & mental benefits of our classes. Every team member is trained to offer modifications & advancements in all classes. Every day we show up a little different, and that is normal! We greatly appreciate and do not take lightly the time, energy, and finances people are giving to support and be a part of the Freedom Family. In an effort to provide the best experience possible for everyone at Freedom we have a few requests for allof us to keep in mind when in the studio.

  • We ask that you leave your electronics in the cubbies or your car. Our purpose is to create an oasis enabling you to take a break from the outside world. If you ever need your phone for work, parenting reasons, or emergencies please let your instructor know and it's all good. Communication is key.

  • Please arrive to class early allowing time to get your equipment and be set up for the start time. We will always respect your time by starting & ending class on time. Please respect your community by being there on time. If you are running late, we hold people in the front until after the beginning pause of silence & stillness so the room isn’t disrupted. Doors are locked 10 minutes into class.

  • Please do not leave class early especially during the final Pause of class. Every Freedom class has a closing moment of silence & stillness (which is very hard to come by in our full lives & loud world.) When someone leaves at this moment it is very disruptive.

  • Ask questions after class! We are here to help you grow.

POLICIEs

What is the check in policy?

  • Please make sure Member Experience Front Desk Staff has said your name out loud & confirmed you are here. If it's a busy morning, feel free to go into the studio to set up & please make sure to come back out and get checked in. This helps us always ensure you are checked in & not charged.

  • Once class starts there is a beginning pause of class for breath and stillness. We hold people in the front of the studio until this moment is over so the moment is not disrupted.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

  • You may cancel your sign-up for classes anytime that is more than 4 hours before it starts. If you cancel within 4 hours of class, you will be charged $10 if your membership is unlimited & lose a class if you have a monthly 4, monthly 8, or package.

  • Please sign up for your classes in advance so we know you are coming! If a class has zero people signed up 4 hours before the start time, we will cancel the class. Note that a cancelled class will be removed right away from the sign-up APP.

  • If you need to cancel due to an unexpected emergency, please TEXT us BEFORE the class starts at 410-390-0533. That will avoid a cancellation fee for you.

HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?

  • If class is full there will be a waitlist (the waitlist does not show up if you try to sign up too close to the start time) When someone cancels class, the first person on the waitlist gets added.

  • *Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you don't plan on coming* When you are on the waitlist, treat it as if you have a plan to come to class. If you don't plan to come, remove yourself or you could be added to the class at any time.

  • In our experience, if you are waitlisted for a Saturday class - stay on it with the intention to wake up early & check if you have been added! I find people drop late on Friday night.

What if I show up for class,I am not signed up, and it's full?

  • We will have you wait in front of the studio for the first 5 minutes of the class. After that, if someone doesn't show then you can go in!

What if I am running late to class?

  • We hold a 5 minute grace period for those that are running behind. After 5 minutes, the studio doors will be locked and if someone is there from the waitlist hoping to get in, they will be let into class. Please text us if you are on the way or not at 410-390-0533. Thank you!

WHAT IF I FORGET MY YOGA MAT?

  • Don’t worry we have them for $3 rentals!

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Your membership begins the day you purchase it & auto renews on that same day monthly. If you purchase June 24th, your next payment is July 24th.

  • Our memberships are month-to-month, and class credits do not roll over. You'll receive 4 or 8 classes each month, depending on your plan, and you can use them anytime within that month. If you take more classes than your plan includes, no worries—you’ll automatically be charged a discounted drop-in rate of just $22.40 per extra class. Our Unlimited Memberships allow you to take as many classes as you’d like in your billing cycle :)

  • Our policy for minors is that ages 16 & 17 can take classes as long as we have a signed Minor Liability form on file. You can find that here!

    For ages younger than 15, we offer our Fierce Girls class! Click here for details!

  • All membership changes must be requested at least 5 days before your next billing cycle. While you can make updates in the app, it won’t cancel your original contract. To officially upgrade or downgrade your membership, please email us at info@freedomstudiochs.com—we’ll take care of it for you!

  • Yes! You can freeze your membership 1x per year for up to 2 months. Please email us and let us know at least 5 days before your next billing cycle.

  • You can cancel your membership by emailing us at info@freedomstudiochs.com. Be sure to request your cancellation within 5+ days of your next billing cycle. Our team must be notified that you would like to cancel and this cannot be done in the app. Thank you!
